About
Who we are
FBG is a commercial general contractor delivering new construction and renovation for institutional, multi-residential, industrial, office and retail owners, with teams in Canada and the United States.
Our leadership comes from years of residential renovation, where families live in the building while it is rebuilt around them. That experience shapes how we plan commercial work: phasing, protection, communication and cleanliness are part of the price and the schedule from the first day.
We are a new company with an experienced approach, and we say so plainly. We earn trust with preparation, transparent pricing and complete documentation.
Principles
Plan first
Most problems are cheaper to solve on paper than on site.
Price openly
Owners see how the number was built, not just the total.
Protect the occupants
People in the building are a constraint we design the work around.
Document everything
Complete records from preconstruction to warranty.
